Latin-classical ensemble continues Pacific Artist Series

The concert begins at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, January 20, in Fresno Art Museum, 2233 N. First St., Fresno. Admission is $10 for general audiences and $7 for senior citizens and students, payable at the door. For more information, contact the FPU Music Office at 559-453-2267, or email music@fresno.edu.

Duo Colibri formed in 2005, specializing in folk and dance music from various Latin cultures, some of which influenced classical music. Based in San Diego, the two have traveled extensively. Tiffany Weller Covell, flute, received her master's from San Diego State University and her bachelor's from FPU. Magdalena Loza Flores, guitar, received her B.M. from San Diego State. She has performed in Australia, Mexico and the United States.
