As Fresno Pacific University begins its next 75 years, the FPU Board of Trustees has adopted the Strategic Map 2019-2022 as a guide to the immediate future. The map is informed by input from students, staff, faculty and trustees and framed by the 2016 vision statement  and the Fresno Pacific Idea.

To bring to strategic map to life, President Joseph Jones, Ph.D., has created GEIST, based on the map’s five thematic goals: GROW Strategically, ENGAGE Collectively, INNOVATE Creatively, SERVE Courageously and TRANSFORM Purposely. Plans and progress toward the success of GEIST will be the subject of this semester’s weekly Connections column that goes to faculty, staff and other supporters. President Jones and members of FPU community will examine their areas, with a focus on G in January, E in February, I in March, S in April and T in May.

See the strategic map on the President’s intranet page. If you have a story or anecdote that may encourage the community as we move forward, please submit it to featureme@fresno.edu
