Fourteen Students Recognized for Work Well-Done

During a recent chapel on MB Biblical Seminary's Fresno, California campus, fourteen students were recognized for their high achievements in the classroom during the fall 2007 semester. Out of a 4.0 GPA scale, honors went to those reaching 3.8 and above.

Highest honors were awarded to Brooke Denni, an MA in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling student from Clovis, California; Tye Ferdinandsen, an MA New Testament student from Fresno, California; Carl Heppner, an MA Theology student from Winnipeg, Manitoba; Yevgeniy Runkevich, an MA New Testament student from Fresno; Amy Stone, an MA in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling student from Clovis; Nathan Tiessen, an MA Old Testament student from Chilliwack, British Columbia; Matthew Regier, an MA New Testament student from Aurora, Nebraska; and Noushafarin Tabatabai, an MA in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling student from Porterville, California. Budi Hartono of Indonesia and a fall 2007 MA in Intercultural Mission graduate also received highest honors.

High honors were awarded to Tracy Kristoff, an MA in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling student from Tulare, California; Wesley Maston, an MA Theology student from Fresno; Tucker Russell, an Master of Divinity student from Canton, Ohio; and Richard Wendt, a Master of Divinity Student from Visalia, California.

Each student received a signed certificate from the Academic Dean's office and recognition in front of faculty, administrators, staff, friends and family. Honors are handed out each fall and spring for high GPA scores earned in the previous semester.
