Four Fresno Pacific University graphic design majors won area ADDY Awards for advertising, graphics and other categories. Prizes were presented in Reno, NV.
- Hannah Hinson, a junior from Fresno, won a bronze award in the publication cover design category for “Wander”
- Efrain Martinez Jr., a senior from Porterville, won a silver award in the digitally enhanced photography category for “Explore: Experimental Type Study”
- Madison McGinnis, a senior from Coolidge, AZ, won a gold award for “Foxy Haircare,” and a silver award for “Olympus Energy,” both in the packaging category.
- Morgan Scheidt, a senior from Fresno, won a silver award in the poster campaign category for “High Waisted Coffee Shop Campaign”
The local ADDYS are hosted by the Fresno Ad Federation and the overall program is sponsored by the American Advertising Federation. More at fresnoadfed.org
