“Pursuing Peace in the Holy Land” is the title of a series of four public events November 8-10, 2016, hosted by the Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary (FPBS).
All feature Alex Awad, a pastor and author with extensive experience in Palestine. While he and wife Brenda lived in the region, he led an international church in East Jerusalem and served as professor, dean of students and board member at Bethlehem Bible College. His books include Through the Eyes of the Victims and Palestinian Memories.
The visit is sponsored by the FPBS Center for Anabaptist Studies and West Coast Mennonite Central Committee, an international Christian relief organization. The events, all on the main Fresno Pacific University campus, 1717 S. Chestnut Ave., Fresno, are:
