There is no admission charge but tickets are required. Call the music office at 453-2267 or the church at 227-8489. A free-will offering will be taken during each performance.

The Concert Choir will perform the choral portion of the service. Readers will include university students, faculty and staff. Scott Horton is the organist. First Congregational sponsors the event.

The tradition of "Lessons and Carols" comes from the Church of England. First performed in 1918 at King's College (part of Cambridge University), the original service was adapted from an order by E.W. Benson, later Archbishop of Canterbury.
