Emerging businesses from across the Central Valley will once again take center stage at Fresno Pacific University on November 13, 2026. Start-Up Fest is an event that celebrates local entrepreneurs and connects them with customers, business leaders and community resources.

Hosted by the Center for Community Transformation (CCT), Start-Up Fest will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Warkentine Culture and Arts Center, located at the main FPU campus, 4838. E. Butler Ave., Fresno. The event is open to the public and offers opportunities to explore new businesses, shop for local products and meet the entrepreneurs behind them.

“Start-Up Fest is a celebration of the incredible entrepreneurial talent that exists throughout the Central Valley,” said Bryan Feil, associate director of CCT. “It gives our entrepreneurs an opportunity to showcase what they are building, connect with resources, and build relationships with the community.”

The annual event brings together entrepreneurs who have participated in CCT’s entrepreneurship programs and workshops, along with community members, business leaders, investors and organizations that provide support for small businesses.

Attendees of the event can learn about the products and services offered by local businesses and connect with organizations offering resources to help entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses.

Start-Up Fest also allows business owners to reach new customers while helping attendees find local Central Valley businesses they can support.

“When we support local entrepreneurs, we are strengthening families, neighborhoods, and our regional economy,” said Feil.

Admission to the event is $10 and includes a meal ticket for a food truck vendor and an event program featuring participating businesses, sponsors and resource partners.
