Advent is always a special time for the followers of Christ. Special, but sometimes frustrating as the problems of the world can weary us, even as we wait sure in the knowledge of our savior’s birth.
This year Fresno Pacific University invites everyone to enjoy “A Weary World Rejoices!” the 2023 Advent devotional series.
As President André Stephens, Ph.D., states in his introduction to this year’s collection of daily devotionals by people from across the Fresno Pacific University and Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary community:
“The aim of this devotional is to renew our perspective that Jesus has come to Bethlehem, is coming to renew all things and is present through the Holy Spirit active within the Christian community and among all creation.”
