Cindy Carter, Ph.D., dean of degree completion, presented at the sixth annual It Happens to Boys Conference, February 28-March 1, Pasadena, CA. Her workshop, Playback Theater, takes an audience member's story and transform it into a visual myth. Allowed to be a witness to a piece of his/her own life, the audience member is often transformed. The conference is sponsored Creative Change Conferences and brings together speakers, authors, survivors, therapists, social workers and healers to address the subject of male childhood abuse.
