Several people connected with Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary contributed to the book On Holy Ground: Stories by and about Women in Ministry Leadership in the Mennonite Brethren Church, scheduled to be published in May 2022 by Kindred Productions. They include Valerie Rempel, Ph.D., former dean and vice president of FPBS; Delores Friesen, Ph.D., emerita pastoral counseling; and alumnae Lorraine Dick, Karen Huebert-Sanchez, Mary Anne Isaak, Laura Kalmar and Karen Heidebrecht Thiessen. The book is edited by Dora Dueck and produced by the Mennonite Brethren Historical Commission via Kindred Productions. Also involved in the book is former seminary faculty member Jon Isaak, Ph.D., executive secretary of the historical commission.
