MaryJo Burchard, assistant director of the Visalia Regional Center, completed her doctorate in organizational leadership with an emphasis in ecclesial leadership at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA. In December she defended her dissertation, which focused on determining the inner cohesion of leaders by observing the aesthetics they exhibit and describe.
