Katie McNamara, clinical assistant professor of education and associate director of the teacher librarian program, was named a Social Media Superstar by the American Association of School Librarians in April 2019. From the AASL: “Social Media Superstars enrich the profession and its work on behalf of students and school communities by sharing information, expertise, ideas, encouragement, dialogue and inspiration widely with stakeholders via a variety of social media channels.
