David Bruce Rose, Ph.D., associate professor of marriage and family therapy, spent June 29-July 2, 2015, as conference pastor for the Presbyterian Council for Chaplains and Military Personnel’s Annual Training Conference at Zephyr Point Presbyterian Conference Center in Nevada. The training was for all Presbyterian Church (USA) and Cumberland Presbyterian chaplains in the military, U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs and federal prisons. The training was titled “The Challenge of Transitions Within an Uncertain Environment.” David preached in the three worship services and made himself available to participants.
