Katie Fleener, Ph.D., dean of the School of Business; Michelle Bradford, Psy.D., MBA program director; and Sharon Starcher, D.B.A., accelerated undergraduate program director all gave workshop presentations at the Christian Higher Education Association (CAHEA) conference June 14-17, 2021, in Dallas, TX. The three presented “Reimagining the School of Business at a Christian Liberal Arts University,” and Fleener presented “From Transaction to Transformation: The Evolving Role of Deans in Higher Education.” Fleener and Bradford also attended the annual international conference for the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) June 25-28 in Miami, FL, where they accepted the official certificate of candidacy for ACBSP programmatic accreditation. The School of Business has been an ACBSP member since 2019 and was accepted into candidacy status for accreditation as of 2021.
