President D. Merrill Ewert, Ph.D., and Interim Provost Steve Varvis, Ph.D., led discussions on Fresno Pacific's mission, vision, strategic direction and what it means to be a Christian university. Mark Deffenbacher, vice president for advancement, spoke on fundraising goals, and Alan Ours, VP of institutional technology, and Diane Catlin, VP of finance and business affairs, presented via videoconference. University Pastor Angulus Wilson talked about spiritual formation and in Bakersfield a panel of DC students and adjunct faculty talked about the transformative nature of Fresno Pacific.
