Quentin Kinnison, Ph.D., associate professor and program director of Christian ministry & leadership, appeared on two podcasts and was included in one article over the summer. He:

  • Participated—along with Cynthia Kinnison, D.Min., and Rob Dixon, D.Min., both adjunct instructors—in “Woman & Men Leading Together: Living as the Beloved Community with Drs. Quentin and Cindy Kinnison,” the July 29, 2022, episode of the Mutuality Matters podcast hosted by Christians for Biblical Equality (CBE) International. • Spoke on the theology of disability and ministry for people affected by disability on the USMB Lead Pods podcast, hosted by the U.S. Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches, on August 11, 2022. Hear the podcast at buzzsprout.com/972541/11115293
  • Was mentioned in an article on alumnus Tito Villegas that appeared August 23, 2022, on the website of the California Southern Baptist Convention website. “Limited edition Lottie Moon on display at CSBC” tells the story of how Kinnison received a rare Lottie Moon doll from his father, a retired Southern Baptist pastor, and gave it to Villegas, a Southern Baptist church planter. Lottie Moon was the Southern Baptist missionary in China from 1873-1912 for whom the Southern Baptist Convention’s Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions is named.
