Danielle Jeffress, MBA, registrar, has been selected as part of the fourth Pacific Association of Collegiate Registrar’s and Admissions Officers (PACRAO) Leadership Development Institute (LDI) cohort. Beginning its fourth year, the cohort brings together 10-15 professionals relatively early in their careers who aspire to leadership roles at their institutions and with PACRAO. Participants receive professional development through monthly meetings with one another and mentors, as well as projects and conferences. Cohort members follow a curriculum that will provide knowledge so higher education leaders can be effective in their roles, and should “create inspiration in each participant to be difference makers and change agents in every community they belong to.” More at pacrao.org/ldi.php
