Francisco Del Canto Viterale, Ph.D., ALAS project coordinator, has published an article in the September 2019 issue of Systems, an MDPI Journal. “Developing a Systems Architecture Model to Study the Science, Technology and Innovation in International Studies,” examines how the international system has changed rapidly in the last 30 years and how Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) has become a new critical factor of the world order of the 21st century. The article highlights how interactions between STI and international relations can be methodologically examined using systems models.
