Gonzo Villegas (BA ’12) is working for Senator Tom Berryhill in his Fresno District Office. Gonzo’s role as a District Representative & Outreach Coordinator centers around Health and Education policies as well as economic policy and outreach in the Hispanic community.

Jordan Litz (FS ’15) has been making a name for himself around the Fresno area, starring in several local productions such as West Side Story, Into the Woods, South Pacific, and Dogfight. Originally from Stockton, CA, Jordan had not attempted acting until 2014 when he starred as Captain Von Trapp in FPU’s production of The Sound of Music. This began a string of several notable roles that have since made Jordan’s name more widely known throughout the entire Fresno area as a new up-and-coming actor. He was recently featured in Kings River Life Magazine; the article can be accessed here: http://kingsriverlife.com/09/26/local-actor-jordan-litz/

Vicky Kusnierek (TC ’04, BA ’02) was honored by Tulare County as Educator of the Year in October of 2015. Vicky’s interest in teaching began when she volunteered in an elementary school classroom. She quickly became excited about learning and decided to pursue a teaching credential. Once her credential was obtained, she quit her job of 18 years and began teaching. She has been teaching at Pleasant View School West for the past 12 years, and has stood out because of her love for teaching.
